The Filé Linear Kit system with 5 m of CM16 cable and black-painted wooden parts turns a fabric cable into a wall light with several points of light. The string light runs as a line across the wall, bringing light and structure to the room.
In the pack you'll find 5 m of CM16 fabric cable and seven black-painted wooden parts: a lamp ceiling rose, three lamp holders, two wall grommets and an end piece. In the linear set-up one run leads away from the ceiling rose, with the lamp holders at the spacing you choose. Black-painted wood looks calm and graphic and lets the cable stand out as a line of colour.
The Filé string light suits the bedroom above the headboard, the living room above a sofa or sideboard, and niches where there's no room for a floor lamp. The two wall guides determine where the cable is held and how it hangs.
Light bulbs are not included – matching ones are available at Lampisto. You will find more cable colours and wooden parts in the “Build your light” configurator if you want to extend your Filé system or combine it differently.
