The Filé Linear system kit with 5 metres of CM27 cable is a kit for a string light with catenary suspension on the wall. Three exposed bulbs hang from a fabric cable that sags in curves between the fixing points.
The package contains 5 m of fabric cable in colour CM27 and seven painted wooden elements: ceiling rose, three lamp holders, two wall grommets and an end piece. The painted finish makes the wood smooth and easy to care for.
The kit is intended for indoor use. In the living room you stretch the string over the sofa or along the shelving wall, in the bedroom over the bed. With the wall bushings you decide where the cable is held and how low the individual loops hang. That way the string fits any wall width.
Light bulbs are not included. You’ll find suitable bulbs at Lampisto, from opal globes to LED filament bulbs. The connection at the ceiling rose belongs in the hands of a qualified electrician. More cable colours and Filé parts are available in the “Build your light” configurator.
