Colour not quite right after all? Wrong base? It happens. You can return items within 30 days of receipt – no reason needed, as long as the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
How it works
- Send a short email to info@lampisto.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
- You'll get a returns label within one working day.
- Drop off the parcel, done. The refund goes out as soon as the goods are back with us – usually within 3 working days.
What can't be returned
Cable sold by the metre that has been cut to your length, and lights we have fully assembled to your configuration, are made to order and excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). The individual parts of a DIY kit, on the other hand, you can return as normal, as long as they're unused.
Something arrived broken?
Send us a photo of the damage and the packaging and we'll send a replacement straight away. No discussion.
Return shipping costs
Within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs. From abroad, you bear the cost of the return unless the goods were faulty.
