The SnakeBis for lampshade with coloured fabric cable RC01 is a ready-made plug-in light to which you fit a shade directly. Nothing to cut, nothing to wire: the light is ready to use straight away. The cable in colour code RC01 stays visible and becomes part of the design.
The thermoplastic lamp holder has rings to fix the lampshade in place. You choose between an E27 or E14 base and a cable length of 1.8 or 3 metres. The fabric cable has a 2x0.75 cross-section, and a switch and a two-pin plug are fitted. You can see the exact shade RC01 in the product photos.
Hang the SnakeBis from a hook above the desk in a study or office, use it with a small shade as a reading light in the bedroom or as a pendant in a child’s room, out of reach. As it runs off a plug, it is well suited to rented flats.
Technical: E27 up to 57 W, E14 up to 42 W, 2.5 A plug. You order the shade and bulb separately; suitable E27 and E14 LED bulbs are available at Lampisto. If you want to put together cable and lamp holder yourself, use the “Build your light” configurator.
