The Snake Zig-Zag with RD74 fabric cable is a plug-in lamp that combines an open bulb with a patterned cable. With no shade and no ceiling connection, you get a light whose impact comes mainly from the cable and bulb.
The kit includes 2x0.75 fabric cable in a zig-zag look in 3 or 5 m, a thermoplastic lamp holder with switch for E27 up to max. 57 W and a two-pin 2.5 A plug in an EU or UK version. The light comes ready-assembled – plug in and switch on. The product image shows you the RD74 colourway.
Hung over a hook, the Snake works as a pendant above the desk in a study or office. In the bedroom it replaces the bedside lamp, and in a children's room the pattern brings colour into play. Let the cable run visibly across the wall – that's exactly where the zig-zag comes into its own.
No light bulb included. Tip: LED filament bulbs with an E27 base, available at Lampisto, suit the open lamp holder. More cables and lamp holders are in the “Build your light” configurator.
