The SEGULA LED Floating Billiard Globe 200 black is the largest dark billiard ball of the Floating Line. In the black glass a filament seems to float freely, and the light looks subdued and very warm – the bulb is above all an object in the room.
With a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 230 mm, the globe has a clear presence. It runs on 4 W and gives around 240 lumens at 2,200 K, and colour rendering is CRI 90. Even when switched off, the black glass makes a graphic statement.
The Globe 200 black works as a statement piece above a coffee table, in a bar, a hotel entrance or a party basement. Combined with a white Billard Globe, it creates a deliberate contrast. Because its light output is limited, it's suited to atmosphere, not as the only lighting in a room.
Specs: E27 base, 4 W (roughly equivalent to a 24 W incandescent bulb), 330° beam angle, energy efficiency class G, IP20. Dimmable with standard LED dimmers (trailing edge); check the minimum load. The glass body is handmade, so small variations are part of it. Tip: for the large globe, a sturdy E27 lamp holder and a fabric cable from Lampisto are recommended.
