The esse14 lamp holder for wall or ceiling in a wengé effect holds an S14d bulb – an elongated linear lamp – directly on the surface. The dark wengé wood look gives the simple light warmth and suits dark furniture, walnut or oak. The housing is made of thermoplastic with PVC seals.
With an IP44 rating the lamp holder is splash-proof, so it's also suitable for bathrooms, above the mirror or in covered outdoor areas. The strain relief holds the cable's weight on the housing instead of the terminals. Double-insulated, it works with 2- and 3-core cable. Connection without special tools: loosen the strain relief, put the wires into the screw terminals, tighten.
The lamp holder belongs to the IO series. At Lampisto you add an S14d light bulb, in the “Build your light” configurator only with a matching base.
