The SEGULA LED G9 pin clear with 1.5 W and 2,200 K is the most economical pin in the range, with extra-warm light. It suits lights that should glow rather than shine and replaces old G9 halogen capsules.
The clear glass body has the familiar compact pin shape. With around 90 lumens it is roughly equivalent to a 10 W incandescent bulb; the colour temperature is a very warm 2,200 K, and colour rendering is CRI 90. It is the successor to SEGULA item 50607.
You can use it in bedside and wall lights in the bedroom, in display cabinet and shelf lighting or in chandeliers with many arms where each individual light should stay restrained. Its output is too low for reading or task lighting.
Technical details: G9 base for 220–240 V, 1.5 W, beam angle 300°, energy efficiency class G, IP20. Dimmable with trailing-edge LED dimmers; with small loads in particular, you should check your dimmer's minimum load. Tip: if you need more light, you'll also find the G9 capsule with 2.5 W or with matt glass at Lampisto.
