The LED Floating Globe 125 inside clear by SEGULA is a glass globe with an internal base in which the filament seems to float freely. Because the base is drawn into the glass, the globe sits very close to the lamp holder and looks more compact. The light at 2,200 K is warm and low-glare.
The globe has a 125 mm diameter but, at 115 mm long, is much shorter than the standard version. The clear, smooth glass shows the filament well. The glass bodies are made by hand, so small variations and inclusions in the glass are normal. The globe is open and can be filled decoratively in table or floor lamps, for example with artificial plants – not with liquids or anything that melts.
You can use it in open pendant lights over the dining table, in wall lights in the hallway or in table lamps without a shade, in the living room as well as in a hotel foyer.
