The yellow RM10 fabric cable is a round electrical cable with a large 3x1.50 mm² cross-section and a silk-look fabric sheath. The yellow has a slight sheen and adds a clear splash of colour; the diameter is 8 mm, noticeably thicker than standard cable.
Three cores mean an earth conductor is on board – making the cable the right choice for metal lamp holders, metal ceiling roses and metal shades. H03VV construction with 300/300 V, tested to IMQ and HAR, CE, RoHS-compliant. You order it sold by the metre in any length and get one continuous piece without joins.
At Lampisto you combine the yellow cable with a lamp holder, ceiling rose and bulb to make your own light. With an 8 mm cable diameter, check that the strain relief and ceiling rose opening fit, or put everything together straight away in the “Build your light” configurator.
