The Milky Edison ST64 LED light bulb combines the classic Edison bulb shape with milky white glass. The warm white 2700 K light – the tone of the familiar incandescent bulb – is softly diffused by the opal glass and causes much less glare than a clear bulb.
The ST64 shape measures 64 mm in diameter and 140 mm in length. The frosted glass looks calm and bright, and the bulb looks tidy even when switched off. With 470 lumens at 4 W, the light is enough for cosy lighting at the table or in the hallway.
The Milky Edison fits anywhere the bulb is visible but shouldn't dazzle: on an open pendant above the dining table, in a wall light beside the bed, on a ceiling lamp holder in the hallway or in a children's room. It works with light porcelain lamp holders just as well as dark metal ones.
