DCL 2P+T Plug
The DCL 2P+T plug is designed for light connections using the DCL system: two poles plus earth contact, with a thermoplastic housing rated IP20 for dry indoor spaces. It gives a fabric cable light a plug-in connection, so you can later remove it and reconnect it without re-wiring the terminals.
The cable is prepared as usual: strip the sheath back about 3 cm, strip the cores, tighten them in the screw terminals and tighten the cable grip. Because of the earth contact, it suits three-core fabric cable 3x0.75. At Lampisto you can combine it with fabric cable, lamp holder and bulb from the ‘Build your light’ configurator. Check beforehand whether your ceiling outlet has a DCL connection box.
